So on Wednesday I went to a cardiologist, because of the concern of me having heart problems. She said no, but that I have Postural Syncope. If you don't know, Postural Syncope is when one's heart increases at a normal rate when one stands, but the muscles in the legs don't constrict around the veins, so blood tends to stay in the legs, so not enough gets to the brain, and often one ends up fainting. The way my doctor wants me to fix this is by drinking 96 oz of water a day and exercising for at least 15 m
